Our alkaline battery packs can be shipped freely using any standard method. When you ship them, use normal caution to ensure that the packs are adequately cushioned and pretected against short circuits.

Our lithium packs ship as Class 9 hazardous material. Class 9 goods can be shipped via UPS, but they require special precautions. They must be packaged by people who have received appropriate training, and their labels may be created using only approved software.

With appropriate documentation (which we will provide), most organizations are able to ship class 9 hazardound materials routinely. If your organization is unable to ship these packs, we can ship them directly to where you will deploy your instruments.
